By using HumanizeText.io, you agree to these ridiculously simple terms. We are providing a utility tool, not a life-support system. Use it responsibly.

1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the API directly outside of this web interface to bypass our rate limits. If you script, scrape, or otherwise hammer the backend, your IP will be permanently blocked. We built this to be fast for real users; don't ruin it for everyone else.

2. No Guarantees

We use a custom AI model running at high temperatures to maximize output unpredictability. As a result, the AI can hallucinate, say something weird, or make grammatical errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or safety of the generated text. You are entirely responsible for proofreading the output before publishing it, submitting it to an employer, or turning it in for a grade.

3. Uptime and Availability

HumanizeText.io is provided "as is". We deploy serverless functions to ensure high availability, but if our infrastructure providers experience downtime, we go down. We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the service without notice if server costs exceed our ability to maintain it.

4. Output Ownership

You retain full ownership of any text you input and any text that the model outputs. We claim no copyright over the humanized content.

5. Changes to these Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the new terms.
